How can I check which Adobe ID has been used to authorise the device?

On Vivlio e-readers

  1. Go to “Settings”
  2. Then to “Accounts and synchronisation” and “Adobe DRM”.
  3. Then check which email was used.

On Adobe Digital Editions

  1. In the software menu, open the “Help” tab.
  2. Select “Information about authorisation”.
  3. Then check which email was used or, alternatively, if the computer has been authorised without an ID.
